Direct Warehouse Pickup
Order online and collect directly from our warehouse.
To make your pickup quick and easy, please follow these instructions:

1. Place and pay for your order
All orders must be paid in full prior to collection. Your order will only be prepared for pickup once payment has been received.

2. Pickup day & time
Monday | 7:00am – 2:00pm Thursday | 7:00am – 2:00pm
Please collect your order during these designated pickup hours.

3. Pickup location
Food Profilers Warehouse - 16 Jarrah Street Cooroy When you arrive, please come to the warehouse door and let our team know you are collecting an order.

4. Your order will be frozen
All orders will be provided frozen at the time of pickup. Please bring an appropriate esky or insulated container to safely transport your order, particularly if you have a longer journey home.

Important
Please ensure your order is collected during the nominated pickup window. If you are unable to collect on Monday and Thursday between 7:00am and 2:00pm, please contact us in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.
