Food Profilers was the brainchild of Nathan Nichol, a well-respected and reputable chef in the industry who knew from his own experience the importance of consistency and quality in the final product at the table.  He had noticed in the competitive world of restaurants, that kitchens were simply unable to prep the complex and often time-consuming elements to their dishes that had once given them their high-profile reputations and so Food Profilers was born; a food manufacturing business working closely with some of the most successful restaurant groups across Australia.

Nathan was consistently being asked when he would release his amazing food to the general public and so here it is folks….WILD Delicious.  A range of unadulterated, perfectly balanced tasty dishes.  This is real food for real people. Whether you are feeding your family or friends at the top end, camping and surfing up the beach or at home during a busy week, all the work has been done for you.  No shopping, no preparation and no cooking.  These meals are cooked, frozen and cryvoced for easy portability.  It is as simple as dropping the bag into a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes, cutting the top off and serving.

Meet nathan

As a chef, Nathan Nichol’s food journey has taken him around the world to top-tier Michelin starred kitchens, restaurant ventures in Melbourne and Malaysia, a season of My Restaurant Rules and a memorable stint as Elle Macpherson’s personal chef. He can name Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing, Giorgio Locatelli, Peter Kuruvita, Martin Boetz and Paul Mathis among those he’s worked under. Now back on the Sunshine Coast, he’s brought his expertise and experience to a business venture that lets him give back to the food industry.
